Place an order online or you may call our Aspen store at 970-925-1200 for more information or to simply place an order by phone.

Shipping and Handling
Orders receive after 12 Noon MST(2:00pm EST) ship the next business day.

Standard Delivery
We ship FedEx Ground. Standard shipping is Free in the continental U.S.  In stock items should arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are not free, sorry guys.

2nd Day Delivery
Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at check out. Orders are shipped FedEx 2Day. Orders must be received by 12 Noon MST Monday - Friday to ship the same day.

Overnight Delivery
Your order should arrive the next business day by 3pm if ordered by 12 Noon MST Monday - Friday. Shipping charges calculated at check out. Orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders must be received by 12 Noon MST Monday - Friday to ship the same day.

Sale items

Any and all sale items bought in our store or through our website are not returnable or exchangable.

Exchanges and Returns
Within 7 Days of receipt of product: Hamilton Sports gladly accepts returns of unworn merchandise in perfect condition with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Merchandise must be received in store within 7 Days. No Exceptions! Please include the original receipt and a written explanation of the reason for the return. If products are received after the 7 days a $200.00 restocking fee will be charged. Call us if you are having any problems meeting this 7 day requirement.  970-925-1200

Ship to: Hamilton Sports, 520 East Durant Ave. Aspen, Colorado 81611. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or FedEx, insured with return receipt.

Colorado Sales Tax
All Colorado shipments please add 2.9% sales tax. Orders in Pitkin County call for local tax charges.

International Shipping
We ship to the world. Shipping cost is $65.00 US Dollars. Delivery in general takes 7-10 days depending on your country. Deliveries can take longer depending on how long it takes to clear customs.  The $65 shipping fee is limited to one jacket and one pant. Larger orders are subject to additional shipping fees.

International customer is responsible for any and all duty's, custom's fees and taxes. These can be expensive so please look into this before ordering. Check with your governments custom's department. Please note: No returns or exchanges on international orders - No exceptions! You must know your correct size.

Canada   you are international. Custom's hit's you with a big tax. You are responsible!
 
International orders are limited to Kjus Skiwear only. We do not ship Kastle skis internationally.
